Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect ItemsUpdated 6 months ago

We try our best to ensure your shiny new kini will be of our expected quality and remain your fave kini all summer long! 🌞 While we hope it never happens, if you do receive a faulty or incorrect item or believe that you have manufacturing fault, please contact our lovely customer care girlies as quickly as possible so that we can inspect and assess the issue and give you the best solution! 

Please lodge your enquiry through our returns portal (here). Please be sure to select ‘my item is faulty’ for faulty/damaged items or "I received the wrong item" for incorrect items for your enquiry to be lodged correctly! The portal will prompt you for all necessary information for us to inspect your product!

  • Please flag any items suspected to be faulty with us within 7 days of receiving your order! 
  • FYI! We cannot accept any product with issues occurring after 6 months! 
  • If your issue qualifies for a replacement, our policy is that your item will be replaced by the exact same item, if in stock!  💕
