If you place an order but then decide to change the delivery address or the address is incorrect, you can change your delivery address within 15 minutes of checkout directly through the order confirmation.
After 15 minutes you are unable to make automatic address changes, so please reach out to our lovely Customer Experience Team at [email protected] or jump on our online chat to update your delivery address as soon as possible.
We are unable to be make changes to your shipping address once you order has been picked and packed by our Warehouse Team.
Once your order has been shipped and you receive the tracking information, please reach out to the selected shipping carrier and they may be able to assist you with an address change.
Insufficient Address
FYI if your package can't be delivered due to an incorrect/insufficient address provided at the checkout we will not be able to offer redelivery, so sorry! Please email us at [email protected] if your order fails delivery due to this and is marked as ‘delivered to original sender’!
