If you notice that the shipping address you provided at checkout is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the correct shipping address in your email.
If your order is unfulfilled and not yet shipped, we will be able to correct the shipping address for you.
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will need to request an address change via DHL Express (Express shipping) or Hermes / Evri (Standard Shipping) directly. Please email us if you have any questions.
Express Shipping
If your order has already shipped, you will need to request an address change via DHL Express directly.
Go to this link - https://www.ondemand.dhl.com/ and choose your country. 🌎
Click 'manage shipment as a guest' - the red text under sign up/or log in now.
It will ask you for your waybill/tracking number. This will be in your shipping confirmation email! 📧
You will need to fill in the letters/numbers to ensure you aren't a robot. 🤖
It will then send a passcode to your phone, once you enter that you can update your address to anything! 💞The amazing DHL team will instantly update your address for you - so fast! ⚡️
Standard Shipping
If your order has already shipped and you chose DHL Standard shipping, sadly your address is not able to be updated. You are welcome to try contacting Hermes / Evri directly to see if they are able to update your information!
✨ Tip!! ✨ Your Hermes / Evri tracking identification number can be found under the details section of your DHL tracking link.
Insufficient Address
FYI if your package can't be delivered due to an incorrect/insufficient address provided at the checkout we will not be able to offer redelivery, so sorry! Please email us at [email protected] if your order fails delivery due to this and is marked as ‘delivered to original sender’!
